Upon moving to Colorado, Dr. Debby trained in Pediatric Nutrition at the Children's Hospital in Denver beginning in 1999. She was involved in two ongoing Pediatric clinics; the Growth and Parenting Clinic treating children with growth and feeding issues, and the Pediatric Obesity clinic. Throughout this training she also worked with different Pediatric Specialists including Gastroenterologists, Endo-crinologists, Pulmonologists, and Neonatologists, and Lactation consultants. Her training in adult nutrition included obesity and diabetes. While Dr. Debby was always interested in nutrition and preventive medicine, she became Board Certified in Holistic Medicine in 2002 and now is an active member of the American Holistic Medical Association (AHMA). Her holistic training also includes certification as a Medical Aroma-therapist in 2003 and training in herbal medicine from Clayton College as part of the Master Herbalist training program. Dr. Debby has always had interests in Behavioral Pediatrics and is a certified Defeat Autism Now (DAN) trained practitioner. Overall Dr. Debby is interested in using her varied training to work in partnership with each child and their family individually in order to maximize their potential for physical and emotional health.
